In order to facilitate Pakistani diaspora around the world, National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Government of Pakistan has launched an online NADRA ID Card Applications website. Its name is Pak Identity, it lets users quickly apply online in simple steps from the comfort of home or office.

Once the card is ready, it is shipped in seven working days and delivered to applicant’s door step. It is designed to make the application process simpler and clearer. Pak Identity is the front door to NADRA’s online services for Pakistani citizens around the world.

It can be used to:-
• Apply for a New Overseas ID (NICOP) for the first time
• Apply for an ID Reprint if your card was lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed.
• Apply for an ID Renewal if your card has expired.
• Apply for an ID modification if you want to amend your national identity data.
• Apply for an ID conversion to a chip-based Smart-ID card through a Renewal or modification.
In view of Pak Identity launch, Pakistan High Commission, Canberra, has discontinued the NICOP services. No NICOP application will be accepted from hence forth.
For facilitation of applicants, NADRA has introduced different channels for applicants to approach NADRA. Details are as follows:

In order to be more efficient and responsive towards applicant’s queries, NADRA has launched online complainant Management System (CMS). Applicants can lodge complaint at CMS and get a reply with resolution of complaint within 48 hours. The web address of CMS is Details of the Focal Person at NADRA Headquarters are as under:
